Widely regarded as one of the finest saxophonists in Japan, Gustavo Anacleto has performed across Brazil, France, China, Singapore, and the United States, collaborating with legendary Brazilian artists such as Lenine, Elba Ramalho, Arto Lindsay, and Paula Lima, as well as J-pop icons like Anri and Lisa Ono.
In 2006, his group SpokFrevo Orquestra won Brazil's prestigious Tim Festival Revolution Award, the equivalent of a Brazilian Grammy.
Since moving to Japan, he has performed at Blue Note Tokyo, Billboard Live, Motion Blue Yokohama, and elite venues like The Ritz-Carlton and Mandarin Oriental. His sound blends the melodic soul of Brazilian music with a modern jazz vocabulary, making him a truly unique voice on the scene.
